Before that I trained in multimedia design and philosophy. Design taught me to build things people understand and use. Philosophy, to find the real problem before spending a cent on the wrong one. The operation taught me where a service business hurts.

I designed the full system in three stages: capture every query, follow up on quotes and assist daily operations. I built the first one and it works: it answers every WhatsApp message instantly, 24/7, understands what the customer wants, qualifies them and alerts the team.
